  1. What is the make and model of Biometric Fingerprint Reader? Have you checked their website, do they offer drivers for Windows 7?

  2. Apart from this device does your computer work fine with Windows 7 operating system?

HP does not offer Windows 7 drivers for HP Pavillion dv9750, the last drivers offered by the website is for Windows Vista. HP Pavilion dv9750 Entertainment Notebook PC Drivers
